Stop Foreclosures! Make the Banks Pay!

STOP FORECLOSURES!

ACORN, the Poor Peoples Economic Human Rights Campaign, the IWW, Economic Crisis Action Group and Homes not Jails are sponsoring a demonstration on Wednesday, March 11, in the basement of Minneapolis City Hall, Room 30, Hennepin County Sheriffs' Office. Take a few hours off work!

That office is ground zero for the foreclosures in Minnesota - over 8500 in Hennepin County alone, according to Finance & Commerce magazine. It is where the Sheriff sells the home from the mortgage holder back to a representative of the banks.

MARCH 11 MASS DIRECT ACTION TO STOP HENNEPIN COUNTY SHERIFF FORECLOSURE SALES. STAND WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS! BRING SIGNS!

Hold the Bankers accountable their greed is on the same level with past Bush regime greed and war. We bleed they profit. The top 4 bakers should submit their letters of resignation. Let the stock drop to zero stockholders can afford to take the hit. Then nationalize the bank. Then deposit the stimulus monies. Stock market place a freeze then do a line by line audit. After the sudden death of her brother and cut banck at work Rose fell just 2 weeks behind on her mortgage payment. She was then put on a loan modification roller coaster. IndyMac, now One West Bank, put her home through foreclosure. The family is now awaiting eviction.

Rose and her family have decided to stay in their home - no matter what.

Help the Gudiel's keep their home.
